After a neighbour had made a pretty poor job of fixing his own garage roof (which backs onto my garden) following  a fire and left the gutters and fascias in a poor - and very ugly - condition and made it obvious he wasn't going to do anything about it I decided that, as I have to look at it, I'd get someone in and pay for it to be done myself.  Finding FB was a real stroke of luck since, after twenty years of living oop narth I've found that people who can do a good job are few and far between.  Fred had expected to be able to do the job in a couple of hours but the irregular state of the rafter ends meant that it took far longer, but he didn't give up like plenty of people would have - he stuck at it and delivered a result that I fully expect will look good and stay solid for as long as the building lasts.   The price was reasonable too and didn't go up after the time required had increased either.  I have no hesitation in recommending Fred to anyone in need of roofing work.

Had a section of Soffit become partially detached from the roof in a difficult to access position.

Called FB Roofing and within 20 minutes they had arrived and had made the area safe.

It became obvious once I could see the wood underneath that the soffits etc had not been fitted correctly previously (before my time here) and there was further damage

They helped me out and were totally professional and were not interested in making a quick profit by doing a quick repair

This attitude guarantees them the work when I'm ready to have a professional job done to replace the poorly fitted work
